I wanted to take a minute to thank Jason and Sebastian for their great work. We were in a bit of a hurry to replace a water heater with guests coming the next day and they made it happen. They were responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced. Sebastian was a champ, as he was under our house replacing a line for hours. Strong recommendation.

A couple days ago, I used Gotelli Plumbing. Great experience!! Reasonable pricing, job completed in reasonable time frame, cleaned up after job completion. Additionally, I would like to commend the technician, Tom Robertson. He demonstrated by being upbeat, cheerful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Once again a positive and great experience with Gotelli due to Joey—reflecting the company well. Though we didn't request Joey, we were hoping you'd send him! He was prompt, friendly, professional, competent, and this was our third issue handled by him. And he answered all our questions. Let me tell you about the over-and-above service I received from Gotelli and your technician, Jason Ralph. We had a major leak under our kitchen sink and couldn't call till after hours (4:30). My first surprise was that someone 'human' answered the phone, took all my information and set me up with an appointment the very next morning! Expecting a time frame between 10-12, Ireceived a call from 'Laura' that morning saying the technician was finished early and could come now (around 9:30). Jason Ralph was in and out of here in less than an hour...during which time he immediately located the leak and identified the 'fix' as a new faucet.....which he had in his truck....and which fit our needs perfectly!!! He was knowledgeable, professional and got the job done! I will have no hesitation in who to call next time we need a plumber. Thank you, Jason!

Overall a good experience with Gotelli. Fernando was on time, thorough and super helpful answering our many questions surrounding the project. I can't say we were terribly excited about the cost of the repair but we're pleased with the result.

My family has a go to plumbing company now . Gotelli offers great old school customer service. Multigenerational family businesses are few and far between these days. GP is still around because of the level of service they provide.

WOW! I can't say enough about Laura-Lee and the staff at Gotelli Plumbing. I called with an urgent matter and they were so wonderful to jump to the task. They never fail to accomplish the most difficult jobs we send their way. On this occasion, our technician Jason arrived ahead of schedule, had all of the parts and items on his truck ready to go and made quick work of an install. Not only did he complete the job to perfection, he left the area surrounding the new water heater cleaner than he found it. We will always make our first call Gotelli Plumbing.

Cant say enough about the technician, Fernando Lara. Professional and knowledgeable. Fixed our issue and saved me about $17,000 based on an estimate from another plumbing company.
