Let me tell you about the over-and-above service I received from Gotelli and your technician, Jason Ralph. We had a major leak under our kitchen sink and couldn't call till after hours (4:30). My first surprise was that someone 'human' answered the phone, took all my information and set me up with an appointment the very next morning! Expecting a time frame between 10-12, Ireceived a call from 'Laura' that morning saying the technician was finished early and could come now (around 9:30). Jason Ralph was in and out of here in less than an hour...during which time he immediately located the leak and identified the 'fix' as a new faucet.....which he had in his truck....and which fit our needs perfectly!!! He was knowledgeable, professional and got the job done! I will have no hesitation in who to call next time we need a plumber. Thank you, Jason!

WOW! I can't say enough about Laura-Lee and the staff at Gotelli Plumbing. I called with an urgent matter and they were so wonderful to jump to the task. They never fail to accomplish the most difficult jobs we send their way. On this occasion, our technician Jason arrived ahead of schedule, had all of the parts and items on his truck ready to go and made quick work of an install.
